Dr Bawumia has been labeled wicked for declaring he will bring his own ideas and policies when elected the president after leading the shambolic economic management team that has failed woefully.

This is very wicked and after failing Ghanaians with empty promises and as the head of the economic management team it’s very unfortunate to hear from the Vice President Dr. Mahamadu Bawumia saying he is coming with its own policy.

Dr. Tony Aidoo the former Senior Presidential Aide and Head of the Policy Evaluation and Oversight Unit of the Office of late President Atta Mills and also Cabinet’s Economic Management Team said this on Simpieso the Political Talk show on Ahotor 92.3 FM hosted by Emmanuel Amartey (Alaska De Don) in Accra.

He is of the view that, Ghanaians are now wallowing in poverty and severe economic hardship for the past seven years with deceit and lairs which was used to win power just to loot the country, through cronyism and state capture just to enrich families and friends.

He reiterated that, why didn’t he use the ideas as the head of the economic management team for the past seven years to help Nana Akufo-Addo to developed the country and trying to run away from the economic mess he have created through uniformed policies to turn the economic fortune and stable government National Democratic Congress government has left behind in 2016.

He opined that, the economy is choked with huge external and internal debt through unnecessary borrowing and if care is not taken our indebtedness will take us to about forty years for the economic to gain its position.

The former Senior Presidential Aide and Head of the Policy Evaluation and Oversight Unit of the Office of late President Atta Mills, was emphatic by saying Ghanaians are not stupid and blind to fall into their political ploy and deception since they know what is going on in the country.

He is of the view that, for the lithium deal to go through parliament is indispensable to do the needful to protect the interest of Ghanaians to critically scrutinize the contract and come out with justifiable deal to protect the interest of Ghanaians.
