On Tuesday, November 7, 2023, Cynthia Omowunmi Aloba, the wife of the late singer, Ilerioluwa Oladimeji Aloba, popularly known as MohBad, gave her testimony at the coroner’s inquest. She shared details about the events leading up to the singer’s death.
She explained that MohBad was unwell after sustaining a wound during a fight with one of his friends at a show, but they couldn’t take him to the hospital due to a traumatic experience he had in the past.
According to her testimony, MohBad began to complain of extreme discomfort and uneasiness after a home nurse administered a second injection while she was out of the room. When she returned, she found her husband on the floor, and it raised concerns.
Cynthia rushed to their neighbor for assistance and asked for help in getting her husband to the hospital. Due to traffic, they had to transport MohBad to the hospital on a bike. Upon arrival at the hospital, the doctor informed her that her husband had passed away.
