Edem allegedly knocked down a woman .

Popular Ghanaian rapper Edem , was at the Kaneshie district court in Accra for allegedly knocking down a woman at George Bush road Bush highway at 2 a.m
He was driving a Honda touring vehicle with registration number GX 3011 -19 when the incident occurred .
The victim, a 40 year old woman who is yet to be identify by the police has passed . She sustained serious injuries and was rushed to the hospital but unfortunately she couldn’t make it out alive .
Edem was charged with two counts of careless and inconsiderate driving and negligently causing danger to life .
Edem’s plea was not taken .
He has been granted bail in the sum of 50,000 Ghana cedis .
The court ordered him to reappear on 15 February, 2024 .
